North Sulawesi

Best Critter and wall diving around.  Join Eric and Angie for a 14 day amazing trip to the North Sulawesi Area of Indonesia.  We will be diving the Bunaken and Bangka areas for great wall and drift diving.  Then we will head over to Lembeh for some of the most amazing muck diving in the world.  See our winter 2006 newsletter for details on Angie’s trip.  Our trip will include 9 days on the “Odyssea 1” Live Aboard, where we have 7 1/2 days of diving at the areas of Bunaken, Bangka and Lembeh Straits.  We will have a day and a half to explore Singapore at the end of the trip.

Travel Details:

                We depart LAX on Saturday, August 30th and arrive in Singapore on Monday, September 1st.  When we land we will go to a day from in the Singapore airport, so that we can all shower and rest before taking our next flight to Manado.  We will take an hour van ride from the airport to the Odyssea 1 and board that afternoon.  We will arrive in time to do a dusk/night dive, if you are game. 

                We will spend the next 7 1/2 days doing 4 dives a day in the Bunaken, Banka and Lembeh areas.  On our last day we will try and do a Tarsier Monkey tour (optional-not included in the package).  This a fun tour where we get to see the Tarsier Monkeys at dusk in the wild, so bring your bug spray. 

                On Wednesday, September 10th we will depart the boat and fly to Singapore.  We will spend the next 2 nights in Singapore exploring the town.  We will hire a guide, so that we can do a cultural city tour, a tour of the Orchid Gardens, tour China Town  or Little India.  We have a ton of options.  One of our evenings will end with Dinner on the Longshore pier to have a family style dinner with the main feature of Pepper Crab.  On the next day we can go to the Jarong Bird Park, the zoo or just get some more shopping in. 

                We will depart Singapore on Friday, September 12th and arrive home on the same day.

Balance due for April 10th, 2008 + plus any additional Fuel Surcharges            After that no cancels unless spot is sold.  If spot is sold, then change fees will be                                                                                                                       incurred.  Note there is no refund for any unused portion of the trip.
