We leave Thursday evening around 9pm and return Saturday around 2pm.

March of 2006 we went to Fiji and had a great time.  We are heading back, because the diving is great, the Fijians are  friendly and we love our friends at Kai Viti Divers.  They really let you dive.  We did 3-4 dives a day and our bottom times we around an hour on each one.  The walls were beautiful.  We dived sites called “Purple Haze”, “Black Magic Mountain”, and “Instant Replay”.  Purple Haze was filled with purple and yellow soft corals.  Black Magic Mountain was covered in black coral and had reef sharks swimming by.  Instant Replay is a great wall dive with the top of the reef covered in anemones and anemone fish. 

 

The package includes:

  • Round Trip Economy Airfare on Air Pacific Airlines out of LAX                        

  • Transfers from Nadi to the Resort—a 3 hour van ride

  • 7 night accommodations based on double occupancy in an Ocean View Bure at Wananavu Beach Resort                        

  • 3 meals a day (beverages excluded)

  • Tanks/weights

  • 2 dives a day for 5 days, with 1 of those days including 3 dives.

Additional dives can be added on at the resort, see details below.                

Not included in the package:

  • Gratuities                   

  • Dive Equipment (except as noted above)                      

  • Airline Surcharges - subject to change at any point

  • Additional activities or diving not indicated

Last day to cancel with no obligation is May 10th, 2007. 
After that no cancels unless spot is sold. 

If spot is sold, then change fees will be incurred.

Note, there is no refund for any unused portion of the trip.
 

Optional Add-Ons

 

                Additional Diving with Kai Viti Divers

Get the most diving possible.  Last time we did 1 day of 2 tank dives, 3 days of 3 tanks dives & 1 day of 2 tank dives w/ an afternoon dive and night dive trip.  So we did a total of 15 dives, where the base package includes 11.  The additional dives will cost $210 payable to Kia Viti Divers at the end of the trip.  The 3 tank dives will also get us out to the outer waters, do dive some amazing walls, weather permitting. 

 

                Shark Diving Trip

 Transportation from the Raki Raki area to Pacific Harbor and Pacific Harbor—Beqa Lagoon to the airport is included.  This trip includes 3 nights in a Garden view room based on double occupancy, at the Pearl Pacific Resort including daily Continental Breakfast.  On one of the days we will do a 2 tank Shark Dive Trip.  A $10 Shark Dive Fee is not included.  On the second day we will do other activities, like white water rafting or hiking to a volcano.  The second days activities are not included in the package price, nor are lunch and dinner.  Package price us $475 per person based on double occupancy.
